ContentMarketTools (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provides a technical analysis and audit software tool for optimizing marketing and digital advertising budgets. The Service includes economic reporting, customer acquisition cost (CAC) evaluation, and courses on capital management in promotional campaigns.
The user has the right to access and use the Service's functionalities in accordance with these terms. The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and not to use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
ContentMarketTools is not responsible for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of generated reports or analyses. The Service is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the data. The user assumes full responsibility for decisions based on the information provided.
In no event shall the total liability of ContentMarketTools for direct damages exceed the amount of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months. We assume no liability for service interruptions caused by force majeure, cyber attacks, or third-party errors.
The user may terminate the use of the Service at any time by deactivating their account. ContentMarketTools reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of the terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, user data will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified 30 days in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
